Fortune launches its website & zine

11 March 2017

The Fortune group of young people from across the world is nearing the end of its Heritage Lottery Fund aided project on memories of childhood games from many countries. One result is the launch of its website and 'zine', which were released at the Horniman Museum.

Part of our discovery of the heritage richness we discovered in researching, pratising and sharing games we played as children across the world, is the joy of disseminating it beyond our group and our immediate audiences.

So, to see what we have been doing, and to share our games, indeed to add your own memories, we invite you to visit our website:

www.youarewhatyouplay.co.uk

and if you wish to know more about how the group felt about this process, we have released a zine which contains memories, poems, reflections and quotes from the group members. This is available by emailing us at post@pan-arts.net.

We would like to thank the Heritage Lottery Fund for supporting this work and our partners: Horniman Museum and Gardens, V&A Museum of Childhood and Central Saint Martins - UAL for enriching and enabling the project.
